When I tried calling the number listed in the ad to get more information on some of Centrex's capabilities a few months ago, I got the usual runaround and the "We're not trained to handle that. Someone will get back to you within a week." Followed by no return call. If they are going to spend our money on expensive ads, they at least should be prepared to deal with the responses they generate.
