I am trying to use the command TeX-buffer from within a LaTeX buffer,
and I get the error message Process TeX-shell does not exist.  The command
TeX-buffer is documented in the users manual, but I can find no
reference to TeX-shell.  associated commands such as TeX-kill-job,
TeX-print, TeX-region, and TeX-show-print-queue also do not work.
Does anyone have any ideas what is missing/how this can be fixed?
