If this can be done, I would also like to know >how. Just a suggestion: ARC/INFO 5.0+ can produce IGES files; perhaps Jef Poskanzer's package (or some other similar) can help out from there? You don't specify whether you want to convert a coverage (or some coverages) to CGM format, or whether you want to convert, say, a plotfile. Some ARC/INFO commands start from the coverage (eg ARCDLG), while some start from a plotfile (eg PLOTSIF).
