I have an ATI card that has these modes. It also has (in addition to waht you mention above) a 640x200 16 color mode. I wrote a program which uses this mode, but it could easily be modified to use the 320x200 mode. It also has a number of viewing modes, including a (slow displaying) mode which dithers VGA GIF's to 16 colors. It works fine, but I intend to clean it up in the future (during that elusive "free time" I keep on reserving for such things). I tried to e-mail you, but the address bounced.
