It is called Binscii. It will take a text file and convert it back to a working binary file or convert binary to text for easy transfer of files through BITNET. You can find the file in m any of the listservers devoted to Apple Computers. There is probably one for t he IBM, but since I only use Apple at home, I wouldn't know. Hope this helps s omewhat.
