(CRI) spent some time working with the new "AT&T C++ Language System, Release 2.0" and managed to get cfront working with our new Standard C compiler. We are evaluating the potential of C++ on CRI computers. CRI is interested in trying any applications written in C++ that could benefit from high performance supercomputers. We want to evaluate the potential for exploiting the vector instructions and possibly some loop level parallelism from C++. If anyone has a C++ application that they are willing to let us experiment with, we would like to hear from you. Again, we prefer an application that is CPU intensive that could benefit from vectorization and parallelization. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
