Well, tonight I was browsing through a local newgroup and discovered that there is one archived at SIMTEL20. In order to obtain this, perform an anonymous ftp to the address "wsmr-simtel20.army.mil" (I don't know the IP address for it). It can be found in PD2:, and the file is called C-PARSER.TAR-Z.
