I seem to be drawing a blank as how to display the file names in columns of 4 of 5 across for display. Has anyone done this? What about sorting then in alpha order before displaying? Am I going to have to allocate a huge array to hold the filenames? The displayed files would be like those displayed using the lc or ls -c command, except using a highlight to select a file for reading. Thanks in advance.....
