The comments in my recently posted GNU Emacs 'eiffel.el' Eiffel mode
mention an 'eif-lib' GNU Emacs library that does class name completion
and other things.  This is not ready nor available for posting at
the present time so please don't send messages requesting it.

Lack of this library should not impede your use of 'eiffel.el' as any
code that relies on it checks to see whether it has been loaded prior to
calling any of its functions.
