I recently received a letter from Logitech announcing their update from
version 3.0 to 3.4 with a $10.00 upgrade.  I had no problems sending in
my check.

However, what is Logitech's present status and owners?  The last I knew
they had bellied up.  Who and what are they now?  They announced a ~25%
or so speed increase (much needed) but were a somewhat elusive on other
improvements.
