The Turbo User Group (TUG) has arranged to distribute Borlands
BGI Toolkit. It includes a font editor and skeleton BGI driver.
An extended VGA driver is also included. I found that the kit
was too involved to allow me to quickly write the .BGI driver
I wanted.

I do not have their address with me at the moment, but will
e-mail it to you shortly.
