Does anyone know if there's a TTY/TDD (Telecommunications Device for
thh Deaf) relay service on BITNET.  The idea would be to use a TTY/TDD
on a machine connected to BITNET to call people who only have a
TTY/TDD.

And help would be greatly appreciated.
