Yes you can run winword in the OS/2 1.2 DOS Box. Since the 1.2 DOS
box does not provide expanded memory of any type, things are a little
tight. Best for working on small things. However, there is probably some
sort of upgrade protection available: buying Winword now probably means
you can PM word for some inexpensive upgrade price when it's available.
So, go for it.
