On uunet.uu.net (in networking) there's a file NFS.spec.Z that
describes NFS version 3.  Does anyone know the status of this
version of NFS?  Also, is a better formatted copy of this document
available somewhere else (~88 lines per page with form-feeds
separating pages is a bizarre format for a document).
