Page 37 of draft #4 of the _Network_Management_Tool_Catalog_ states
that HyperMIB is available via anonymous "ftp" on machine CC.NMFECC.GOV.

I have tried at various times of the day and night, but failed.  Here's
a copy of the interaction:

	ftp ccc.nmfecc.gov
	Connected to ccc.nmfecc.gov.

	Name (ccc.nmfecc.gov:khj): anonymous

Any suggestions on how to obtain this software are appreciated!
