Wanted:  C Source to a Gif/Tiff Picture viewing program, and either
source or binary for GIF -> TIFF converter.  I just need to be able to
patch something into my C program to view a GIF file, in one form or
another.  I don't really care if it's in a completely esoteric format,
as long as I can do it.
