Could someone please summarize the status of the commercially available
GS documentation?  I got all the Addison-Wesley books when they first
came out, but it is clear that they are now mildly obsolete.  Are there
updates/replacements/correctoins for the toolbox volumes?  Is there now
a new GS/OS volume (or volumes -- I've seen references here to two
volumes)?

I'm not particularly interested in joining APDA, so their updates and
beta drafts wouldn't be of interest (unless that's the ONLY way.)
