the NDA calls itself  'Digital Black 1.2'.
It can be loaded up using CarpetBag 2.2 once inside the  Color.Mind  program,
but if the NDA is active when the program is actually launched it crashes.

If it is loaded at boot time, the system just freezes.
If it is loaded later by CB2.2 and then Color.Mind is launched, it crashes
   into the monitor.
