Where can I get the latest copy of Binscii?  I have 1.0.2 and saw 1.0.3
up on comp.binaries.apple2 but:

1. it is in compress format which i have no way of extracting at this time

2. I dont know if it is the latest version and worth the potential trouble
   of trying to extract.

any suggestions will GREATLY appreciated!
