This patch seems to change the probability of the bug, which should be fixed from 1:100 to 50:100 (:-(). More and more people tell me that they have problems with this patch (system crashes after the timeout for the startup-screen). The correct solution for this problem can't be done with a simple binary patch (the program size will increase more than a few bytes). So please forget about this patch!
