I have just posted what in my opinion is a very useful Fast Fourier Transform
 routine, with a convenient user interface, to UOGUELPH and PANARTHEA. (written
 by someone else, alas...)
Also posted at the same time the .TOS, .SRC, and .DOC files for ABZMON.
 These should show up at Guelph very shortly, and at Panarthea some time later.
