I don't know of a full rrn implementation for VMS, but VNEWS, an enhanced version of the Unix(tm) vn is available for use with MultiNet or Wollongong TCP/IP from the node "krypton.arc.nasa.gov". There are seperate versions for the two versions of TCP. If you can get a DECnet based system to act as a news server, you could get the DECnet NNTP object from ANUnews and use it and not need any TCP/IP package on the VAX. R.
