You do things like send a message to INCA%xxxxx% and your field service call is automatically logged, and you get a response inside of two minutes with a log# (on your mail file). Now for the question.... does ANYONE know when this is supposed to be released for the general user community? We were told at the time that it would be availbale "1st quarter" to all current VAXSIM users with an RSC box.
