At the last DECUS symposium, I was party to a small demo of what
was (then) called 'INCA', which was a system that DEC has set up for
sites with RSC boxex to be able to log calls and also search the DSIN
database all from your LOCAL site.   You do things like send a message
to INCA%xxxxx% and your field service call is automatically logged, and
you get a response inside of two minutes with a log# (on your mail file).

Now for the question.... does ANYONE know when this is supposed to be
released for the general user community?   We were told at the time that
it would be availbale "1st quarter" to all current VAXSIM users with an
RSC box.  (i.e., most of us..)

anyone heard rumors of release times?
