In a recent issue of InfoWorld, Steve Gibson wrote that he
upgraded his systems to 386s and that with Phoenix BIOS you can
disable the first 32K (f000-f800) so that 386Max (presumeably
QEMM) can use that as high DOS memory.  Does anyone know if this
is true for all 386 versions of the Phoenix BIOS?
