To date the machine, it has 360 K floppy drives. IT has a 20 Meg hard drive that I have partitioned into two 10 Meg partitions. (I will be installing Minix on the non-DOS partition.) I have run the following command: SELECT A: C:\DOS 001 US It formats the C: partition, copies COMMAND.COM and the hidden files to the C: partition, and copies all the DOS files to C:\DOS. However, when I try to boot from the hard disk, it comes up in the GW BASIC that's in ROM. I've also tried the more primitive approach of using FORMAT/S followed by SYS C: but with the same results. What is happening (or not happening)? Has anyone seen this behavior before? Post results or send e-mail; the latter would be preferable, but you should do what's easiest for you.
