Calling all Novell Gurus,
We have recently installed the latest version of Novell NetWare/286 on
a dedicated file server.  We have some significant performance problems
(worse than the previous version) and need some pointers.  A local rep
suggested that our FSP (File Service Process) number was too low (= 1)
but no one anywhere seems to know how to change it.  We would even pay a
few $$ to a consultant who had some decent experience with this new version
(we have already had an incompetent consultant in, and out :-).  Any
pointers to Novell help of any kind would help us greatly.  BTW, Novell
has absolved themselves of customer support of any kind leaving all
support to their dealers (who know less than we do).
