I have some rca static rams I want to kluge into
some projects, but cannot find pinouts.
Does anyone out there know anything about
RCA CDM6264M3
It is a 28 pin dip surface mount chip in a plastic case.
I believe it to be a 2k by 8 bit static ram.
Any help or leads to chip data sheats will be
greatly appreciated.
