There is a company that has been advertising such a beast for several
months in Digital Review and/or Digital News. It's a VT220 clone,
80x24. I don't know about built in modem.

I'm not at work right now, but if you're interested I can try to find
an ad. You might be able to find a local DECcie that keeps track of
these mags, tho.

The downside is that it seems to be quite expensive for what you get.
