Subject: Questions about INIT & cdev icons

I usually look at the contents of my system folder by name, not icon, but I
decided to look at the icons tonight and got a surprise.  The SuperClock 3.8,
Moire 3.0, INITcdev 2.0, and MacEnvy 2.0 icons were not their normal, attrac-
tive selves.  They were blank pages with bent upper-right corners (the default
document icon).

All four of these INITs still function, snd their icons DO show at startup. In
addition, the icons for Remember? 1.3, Automac III, GateKeeper 1.1.1,
ApplicationMenu, and SUM Shield INIT DO appear normal at both startup and
in the system folder, and they also function correctly.

(The icons for GateKeeper Aid, and BackDrop are blank pages as well,
but I'm not sure they have ever appeared otherwse in my system folder.)

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?  It doesnUt seem to affect
performance, as I've said, but I am curious...
