They were brought to me by a student here but they are unreadable. I can see the information on the disk with MacTools but Disk First Aid refuses to read it. I don't know enough about the sector/tag/other bits to be able to rebuild it manually so here is the question. 1) Is there a utility somewhere out there that will recover disks which are "Unreadable- Do you wish to initialize it?" or 2) Can someone supply enough information for me to be able to rebuild the disk by hand.
