They had some early problems with their products, and then they got screwed with their DD70s, but most companies in their position would do the same kind of tactics. This may be faint praise, but I think that their current lineup of products are quality items--I haven't heard of any problems with them, have you? I agree that their customer support can be trying at times, but at least they are willing to talk to you (as opposed to quite a few others I've had to deal with in the past!) and *try* to help you out. IMHO, of course... -Blake
