I have a variation on the folder from hell. One folder (Hypercard, actually)
will no longer open.  Mac says folder is missing etc., but also won't let me
throw it away, copy into it etc.  The icon appears on the desktop, and in
"Open" dialogue boxes, but you can't really open it.  I have tried all
variations on rebuilding the destop, and also used "Fix desktop" to no avail.
What next, friends?
