I need to be able to read the mouse cursor position. Can I do this QUICKLY? Further, I know this is frowned upon, but in this case necessary - is there a way to alter the cursor motion (e.g. constrain the mouse motion to a vertical line only [ie throw out delta-x])? 2. I would like to be able to set a timer that sends a message when it goes off to a specific object. Is there a way to do this? If someone has X* code that I can use, great, but I'm not a sophisticated enough Mac programmer to develop it myself in the time I have. Thanks in advance for help - if you email me answers, I'll summarize. -- Jeffrey A.
