icl8's have may advantages over cicn's:

1	They use the System CLUT. All 256 colors are available
	without having to define them in the icon.

2	The use the black and white icon and the mask from the 
	corresponding ICN#.

3	They "highlight" MUCH nicer than cicn's because they are
	using the future's highlighted CLUT.

4	Features 1 & 2 cause icl8's to be smaller and load faster
	than cicn's.

5	They are probably going to be the data structures supported
	by future versions of the Mac OS.
