If you recall, the screen abruptly began to show two wavering white horizontal lines, one at the top and one at the bottom of the screen. --Dan Quoidbach I had exactly this phenomenon on my Mac+ for a couple of months. I read about the bad solder joints and decided to test it. So I pulled my mac apart, carefully removing the cardboard (or plastic) cover on the power/video board. I resoldered the fly-back xformer and the connectors and tested it. Lo and behold! The lines were gone and still are! -- Real life: Thomas Tornblom Email: thomas@uplog.se Snail mail: TeleLOGIC Uppsala AB Phone: +46 18 189406 Box 1218 Fax: +46 18 132039 S - 751 42 Uppsala, Sweden
