There are some slides that NeXT has been showing since 0.8 detailing the exact hierarchy of the NeXT software (68030 - Mach - 4.3 BSD - Application Kit - etc.) It shows what exactly is licensed to IBM and one of the little squares that is left out is Display Postscript.
