Needless to say, this is *very* irritating. I even had a console window up, and the message was printed there as well. (It was a stock "machine su: id on /dev/whatever" message saying that I had just gone to root.) Then, I started getting this message occasionally, even if I hadn't gone to root in hours. Painful.
