What are the exact requirements for the SIMM memory modules for
SPARCstation1 ?  Is access-time 100ns enough or should it be faster ?  If
so called "block-mode" (what ever it is...) required ?  What is the width?
8,9 or 10 bits ?  Can I get them in 4MB modules ?
