I am having a strange problem with the system clock.  All the users except
myself (david) and root get the correct time displayed.  Root and I get
everything displayed in GMT.  This is annoying because my clocktool shows
GMT.  Also, any file I save is in GMT, executing the 'last' command has
everything 6 hours off, etc....

The 'localtime' file is set correctly.  

Anyone have any ideas???
