Keywords: Hardware Message-ID: <4939@brazos.Rice.edu> Date: 11 Feb 90 23:29:29 GMT Sender: root@rice.edu Organization: Sun-Spots Lines: 12 Approved: Sun-Spots@rice.edu X-Sun-Spots-Digest: Volume 9, Issue 39, message 5 I've got a Sun 3/140 at home with a SCSI controller and the standard accompanying Sun shoebox (144 Mb ESDI disk, Emulex SCSI->ESDI, Emulex SCSI->QIC and QIC tape). The original box came w/ a Wangtek drive that would "trap" tapes behind the head. I replaced it with a used Archive drive since that was cheaper than getting the Wangtek fixed. So now I have 2 tape drive mechanisms and I'm wondering if I can hook them up to the single Emulex? I can live with the quirks of the Wangtek for those times when I would like to dup tapes. Is this possible? Michael R.
