I was hoping someone out there might be able to help me out.  I want
to put a \vfill in to be used between two consecutive \hrule's in
a tabular environment.  I've tried setting the \doublerulefill dimension
to a number of things (\vfill, 2ex plus 10000\filll, etc...) to no avail
and cannot get filled space between the \hrules, or anywhere else for
that matter.  I don't know tex, but have been attempting to learn it
but its going too slowly...
