Does anyone out there know of a program that will convert a text
file that contains troff formatting codes to one that contains
(roughly) equivalent Ventura publisher formatting codes?

If so, I'd appreciate info by mail to noel@olivej.  I'll be
happy to post a summary of interesting/exciting info received.
