Actor 2.0 is shipping.  I received my copy earlier this week.  I have not
done anything more than install it and make sure that the demos at least
run.  From the Intro section of the Addendum Manual and some sale sheets the
new features include:

    - swapping static objects to disk so that programs can run in 640K of
memory without needed extended or expanded memory additions
    - simplified "sealing-off" process
    - enhancements to the browser
    - better support for C structures
    - user defined primitives in C or assembler
