I have isolated the xmh problem to the code for reading the standard out of a system call using pipes, but more immediately, I'd like to know what options to use to compile xterm? I tried the default imake configuration with basically both BSD and SYSV defined but the result complains of a lack of ptys on execution. Any pointers on how to get either to run would be greatly appreciated.
