	Has anyone gotten the X11R4 server running on a macIIx or macIIc ?
I'm using gcc 1.36 (from apple.com) and getting video_map_slot failed...
Do I really need the public cpp (via R4setup.sh) ?  I don't hear any complaints
during the build, after fixing up the macIIInitS.c some.  There seems to be
some mention of A/UX 2.0 in the video code also...
