Two questions:  

1) I have gcc 1.36 and g++ 1.36.3; where can I get patches to bring gcc
up to pl 94 (or anywhere close)?  Preferably, where can I get pre-patched
sources?

2) Our AT&T 6386 runs SysV/386 3.2.1, which uses COFF libraries.  I've tried
reading all the documentation, but something just isn't clicking.  How do
I convert the standard libraries (all of them, preferably) into something
gnu ld can handle?
