When doing ANSI C compiles, both "__STDC__" and "_INCLUDE__STDC__" are used in the system wide include files that come with HPUX7.0. When in ansi mode, I think we'll need "_INCLUDE__STDC__" as well as "__STDC__" for compiles to work.
