Hello, my name is Vivian George. I work for Barrios Technology in Houston
Tx. We are a contractor to NASA. I am trying to install GNU CC on an HP370SRX
running the HP-UX 7.0 operating system. I have not been successful. I received
GNU CC source from a BETA release tape version 4.0 of TAE+. After modifying
the makefile for installing GNU CC on my system I received the following
errors from the make attempt:

   rtl.def    : line 494 syntax error
   rtl.h      : line 30 syntax error
                121 field too big
                122 zero size field

I am familiar with the C language. I do not see a problem in these files.
It is because of rtl.def that rtl.h also has an error.

It is becoming fairly urgent to get these problems fixed. I have been trying
off and on inbetween questions to TAE support desk, Free SOftware Foundation,
and finding a machine with internet addressing capability, for about 1.5 
months to install GNU CC. I have exhausted my resources for help and the 
Free Sotware Foundation suggested I send this message. In case I have sent
it wrong it is supposed to go to bug-gcc@prep.ai.mit.edu. You can mail to

I hope I haven't been to long winded, I am not sure how much information you
need.

P.S. If I can install GNU CC then I will be installing TAE+ and writing a
     user interface to an orbital maneuver processor.
