GDB: 3.5 for sun4os4, Machine: SPARCstation 1, SunOS 4.0.3c.

GDB 3.5's readline feature is not working.  None of the Emacs editing commands
work at all, instead they print (say) ^P, ^B, etc.  The same source tree builds
a correct version on a Sequent Symmetry (where the Emacs commands work fine).

Yes, I did change the configuration to the correct one for each build.

Does anyone have any ideas on what might be going on here?
