I tried to get a list of the IBMTCP-L archives today and
I got back a message from the LISTSERV that said I wasn't
authorized to GET file "IBMTCP-L FILELIST".  I sent the
command "index ibmtcp-l".  Did I do something wrong or
are the archives off limits to me?  Any help much appreciated.
